These Terms of Service govern the deployment and usage of Edeco independent software products (CodeRace, TimeCraft) by educational institutions, schools, colleges, and academic departments.
1. Standalone Product Licensing
Each Edeco product is licensed independently based on active student cohorts or departmental volume. Subscription to one product does not obligate subscription to any other.
2. Service Level Agreement & Reliability
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for assessment and scheduling runtimes with dedicated, isolated cloud infrastructure per institution.
3. Institutional Ownership of Data
Institutions retain complete ownership of all student roster data, examination results, question banks, and timetables. You can export complete datasets at any time without fees.
